  • 4 whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup of hummus
  • 2 cups of mixed greens
  • 1 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup of diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup of shredded carrots
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Lay out the whole wheat wraps.

  2. Spread hummus over the wraps.

  3. Layer mixed greens, diced tomatoes, diced bell peppers, shredded carrots, and sliced avocado on top of the hummus.

  4. Roll the wraps tightly and cut in half.
