How To Make Whole Foods Vegan Brownies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of oat flour
  • 1/4 cup of almond flour
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk
  • 1/4 cup of dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix oat flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

  3. Add maple syrup, applesauce, and almond milk to the bowl and mix well.

  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 baking dish.

  6. Bake for about 25 minutes or until fully cooked.

  7. Let it cool and slice into squares.
