- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie dish.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool.

For the filling, whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and lime juice until well blended. Pour mixture into cooled crust.

Bake the pie for 10 minutes and let it cool to room temperature.

For the cream topping, beat heavy cream and powdered sugar in a bowl until peaks form. Spread over the cooled pie.
