How To Make Old Spaghetti Factory Chicken Parmesan Recipe
Classic Chicken Parmesan with crispy breaded chicken, tangy marinara sauce, and melted cheese on top.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in a shallow dish.

Put flour in another dish and season with salt and pepper.

Whisk eggs in a third dish.

Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.

Transfer chicken to a baking dish and top with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
