How To Make Dan’s Fried Pickles
Crispy, tangy and delicious fried pickles – perfect for a quick snack or party appetizer.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups sliced pickles
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

In a shallow bowl, mix together flour, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.

In a separate bowl, pour in buttermilk.

Dip the pickle slices in buttermilk and then coat them in the flour mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry the coated pickles in the hot oil for about 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
