Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 24 dill pickle slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. In another shallow bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.

  4. Place the panko breadcrumbs in a third shallow bowl.

  5. Dip each pickle slice into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and finally into the breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to adhere.

  6. Place the breaded pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  7. Spray the breaded pickles with cooking spray.

  8. Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.

  9. Repeat with the remaining pickles.

  10. Serve the air fryer fried pickles hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
