- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 jar pickles, sliced
- oil for frying
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

In another bowl, whisk together milk and egg.

Dip pickle slices into the milk mixture, then coat in the flour mixture.

Heat oil in a pan to 375°F.
