  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.

  2. Add in garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Add in shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. Add in lemon juice and parsley, season with salt and pepper to taste.
