  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons of butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, melted butter, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Thread shrimp onto skewers and brush with garlic butter sauce.

  4. Grill shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and opaque.

  5. Remove shrimp from the grill and brush with additional garlic butter sauce.

  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
