How To Make Fisherman’s Steamed Mussels Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh mussels, cleaned and debearded
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.

Once melted, add in minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Pour in white wine and bring to a boil.

Add in cleaned mussels and stir so that they are evenly coated with the broth.
