How To Make Fisherman s Pan Seared Scallops Recipe

Delicious, tender and juicy scallops seared to perfection in a hot pan, a seafood delight.

  • 1 lb of fresh scallops
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp of paprika
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp of fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving


  1. Thoroughly rinse the scallops with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, and sea salt. Stir together.

  4. Add scallops to the pan and cook for 2 – 3 minutes per side until golden brown.

  5. Once the scallops are cooked, remove them from the pan and place them on a plate.

  6. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the scallops.

  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
