How To Make Fisherman s Pan Seared Scallops Recipe
Delicious, tender and juicy scallops seared to perfection in a hot pan, a seafood delight.

Ingredients
- 1 lb of fresh scallops
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp of paprika
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1/4 tsp of sea salt
- 2 tbsp of fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions

Thoroughly rinse the scallops with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, and sea salt. Stir together.

Add scallops to the pan and cook for 2 – 3 minutes per side until golden brown.

Once the scallops are cooked, remove them from the pan and place them on a plate.

Sprinkle fresh parsley over the scallops.

Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
