How To Make Fig Newtons Trifle Recipe
Layers of creamy pudding, whipped cream, and fresh figs make a delightful trifle with hints of the classic cookie.

Ingredients
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6-8 Fig Newtons, chopped
- 4-5 fresh figs, sliced
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until smooth.

In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then beat until stiff peaks form.

Fold in half of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well combined.

Arrange half of the chopped Fig Newtons at the bottom of 4 individual dessert glasses.

Spoon half of the pudding mixture over the cookie layer. Smooth out to create an even layer.

Arrange half of the sliced figs on top of the pudding layer.

Repeat layers, starting with the chopped Fig Newtons.

Top each glass with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
