Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar has dissolved and butter has melted.

  3. Bring mixture to a rolling boil and cook for an additional 4 minutes while continuing to stir.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until smooth and fully combined.

  5. Stir in marshmallows, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.

  6. Pour mixture into lined baking pan and smooth out the top.

  7. Allow to cool at room temperature until fudge is firm.

  8. Once fudge is firm, remove from pan and cut into desired pieces.
