  • 4 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

  3. Mix in melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract until batter is smooth.

  4. Pour batter into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.

  5. Spread peaches evenly on top of batter.

  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
