How To Make Eldon’s Pork Chops Recipe
Deliciously juicy pork chops with a perfect blend of herbs and spices.

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1/2 tsp of dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

In a small bowl, mix salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and black pepper.

Rub the pork chops with olive oil and seasoning mix. Place the pork chops on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. Check the internal temperature of the pork chops to make sure it is cooked through (minimum 145 degrees F or 63 degrees C).
