How To Make Eldon’s Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp of dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and black pepper.

  3. Rub the pork chops with olive oil and seasoning mix. Place the pork chops on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. Check the internal temperature of the pork chops to make sure it is cooked through (minimum 145 degrees F or 63 degrees C).

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
