How To Make Thai Curry Buffalo Wild Wings Recipe
Delicious and spicy wings in a flavorful Thai curry sauce.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 lbs of chicken wings
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 2 tbsp of Thai red curry paste
- 2 tbsp of fish sauce
- 1 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp of lime juice
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped cilantro and lime wedges for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Season wings with salt and pepper, then bake for 25 minutes.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and red curry paste. Cook for 1 minute.

Stir in coconut milk, fish sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice, then bring to a simmer.

Add baked chicken wings and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to coat the wings in the sauce.
