How To Make Thai Chicken Cakes with Sweet Chilli Sauce

Ingredients
- 500g ground chicken
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce (for serving)
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, garlic, ginger, green onions, cilantro, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, egg, and breadcrumbs.

Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the chicken cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
