Ingredients

  • 500g ground pork
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 200g rice noodles
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, minced garlic, chopped green onions, fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. Form the mixture into small patties and set aside.

  3. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  4. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the pork patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.

  5. In a small saucepan, heat the sweet chili sauce.

  6. Serve the pork patties on a bed of rice noodles, drizzle with the sweet chili sauce, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
