How To Make Soy Steamed Chicken with Rice

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp of ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp of cornstarch
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch. Mix well.

Place chicken breasts in a steamer basket and pour half of the soy sauce mixture over the chicken.

Steam the chicken for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

In the meantime, cook the rice according to package instructions.

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the steamer and brush with the remaining soy sauce mixture.

Serve the steamed chicken over a bed of rice.

Garnish with sliced green onions and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
