How To Make Ginger, Sesame, and Chilli Prawn & Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 400g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 thumb-sized ginger, grated
- 2 red chillies, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and cornstarch. Set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger, and chillies. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the prawns to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.

Add the broccoli to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until it is tender-crisp.

Pour the sauce over the prawns and broccoli, and toss everything together until coated. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the stir-fry hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
