How To Make Mini Schnitzels with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- garlic sauce:
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°F (95°C) and place a baking sheet inside.

Slice the chicken breast into thin, bite-sized pieces.

In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.

Season the breadcrumbs with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Dip each chicken piece into the flour, then the egg, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs. Press firmly to ensure even coating.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Fry the chicken pieces in batches for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Place them on the baking sheet in the oven to keep warm.

For the garlic sauce, mix minced garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl until well combined.

Serve the mini schnitzels hot with garlic sauce on the side.
