How To Make Melting Meatball Macaroni

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cooked macaroni
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In a baking dish, spread half of the cooked macaroni. Top with half of the marinara sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese. Arrange the meatballs on top, then layer with the remaining macaroni, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
