How To Make Mini Monster Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 12 mini burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese slices, ketchup, mustard

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated onion, grated cheddar cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.

Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the mini burgers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they reach the desired doneness.

Toast the mini burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
