How To Make Ginger Chicken Udon Noodles

Ingredients
- 400g chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 200g udon noodles
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrot, julienned
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions

Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.

Add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and honey. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat.

Add the broccoli, carrot, and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add the cooked udon noodles to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
