How To Make Yaki Udon

Ingredients
- 8 oz udon noodles
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup sliced cabbage
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, mirin, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.

Add onion, carrot, bell pepper, cabbage, and bean sprouts to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Push vegetables to the side of the pan and add cooked udon noodles in the center. Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss everything together.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until noodles are heated through and well-coated with the sauce.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in chopped green onions.

Serve hot and enjoy!
