How To Make Crispy Goujons

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

In a shallow bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, salt, and paprika.

Dip each chicken strip into the flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to coat.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Fry the chicken goujons for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
