How To Make Harissa Fish Goujons in Lettuce Cups

Ingredients
- 4 fillets of white fish (such as cod or haddock)
- 2 tablespoons of harissa paste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 large lettuce leaves
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a bowl, mix together the harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Cut the fish fillets into thin strips, about 1 inch wide.

Dip each fish strip into the harissa mixture, making sure it is well coated.

Place the coated fish strips on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and golden brown.

While the fish is baking, wash and dry the lettuce leaves.

Arrange two lettuce leaves on each serving plate, creating a cup shape.

Once the fish is ready, divide the goujons among the lettuce cups.
