Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/4 cup chopped dates
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish.

In a small bowl, whisk together the sherry, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
