  • 1 cup dates, pitted

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine dates, almonds, oats, coconut, and chia seeds in a food processor and pulse until mixture is finely chopped.

  2. Add honey and vanilla extract, and pulse until mixture comes together in a sticky ball.

  3. Roll mixture into tablespoon-sized balls.
