  • 1egg
  • tspwhite vinegar
  • ½cupwater


  1. Add water and vinegar to a microwavable dish.

  2. Crack egg into the water and gently poke yolk 4 to 5 times with a toothpick. Cover with plastic wrap.

  3. Microwave for 1 minute.

  4. Check the egg and cook an additional 15 to 20 seconds if needed.

  5. Remove from water immediately to stop it from cooking.
