How To Make Sweet and Salty Energy Bites
When you’re in need of a little energy booster, just make sure you store a few of these energy bites for whenever you need the pick-me-up.

Ingredients
- 1cupoatmealused old-fashioned oats, dry
- ⅔cupcoconut flakestoasted
- ⅔cupBlue Diamond Roasted Salted Almondsroughly-chopped
- ½cupalmond butter
- ½cupflax seedground
- ⅓cuphoneyor agave nectar
- 1tspvanilla extractstore-bought or homemade
- ¼tspsea salt
Instructions

Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
