How To Make Creamed Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 boiled eggs, peeled
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Slice the boiled eggs in half and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour until smooth.

Gradually whisk in the milk, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.

Gently place the sliced eggs into the creamy sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
