How To Make Corn Pudding

Try out this filling corn pudding casserole for dinner tonight! It’s a filling cornbread dish to serve up as a side or as a meal itself.

  • ½cupbuttermelted
  • 2eggs
  • ozcornbread mixsuch as Jiffy
  • 15ozcorn kernelsdrained
  • 14¾ozcreamed corn
  • 1cupsour cream
  • 2tspsugar
  • Cooking spray
  • fresh chivesor any herb, for garnish, optional


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Coat a 9-inch square pan or a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.

  3. Place the butter, eggs, cornbread mix, corn kernels, creamed corn, sour cream and sugar in a bowl.

  4. Stir to combine.

  5. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.

  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned.

  7. Let cool 5 minutes.

  8. Sprinkle with chives, serve, and enjoy!
