Aside from being protein and nutrient-packed, you don’t need to do much in order to make them taste delicious! You can make do with a simple sunny-side up, scrambled, or boiled rendition for regular days. There are also several ways of sprucing them up! Ingredients

  • 8 green eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, whisk the green eggs and milk together until well combined.

  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, green onions, grated cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
