Ingredients

  • 1 package of store-bought pizza dough
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach
  • 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into an oval shape.

  3. Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the red onion and cook until softened.

  5. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.

  6. Spread the cooked spinach and onion mixture evenly over the pizza dough.

  7. Top with crumbled feta cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese.

  8. Sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the cheese.

  9. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, leaving the center open.

  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
