How To Make Ground Chicken and Spinach Lasagna Recipe
A delicious and comforting lasagna made with ground chicken, spinach, and cheese.

Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions.

In a large skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.

Add the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the ricotta, parmesan, and half of the mozzarella cheese.

In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread a layer of the chicken and spinach mixture, followed by a layer of the cheese mixture and a layer of noodles.

Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of mozzarella cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let the lasagna rest for 5 minutes before serving.
