  • 2tbsppineapple in juice,crushed
  • ¼cupcream cheese,low fat
  • 2slicespumpernickel bread


  1. Combine the pineapple and cream cheese in the small mixing bowl with the fork.

  2. Use the table knife to spread some of the filling on a bread slice, roll it up lengthwise, and cut the roll into rounds with the knife on the cutting board. Secure each round with a toothpick.

  3. Do the same thing with the rest of the bread and filling.
