How To Make No-Knead Artisan Style Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and yeast.

Gradually pour in the warm water and stir until a sticky dough forms.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for 12-18 hours.

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a Dutch oven or cast-iron pot with a lid inside to heat up.

While the oven is preheating, transfer the risen dough onto a well-floured surface.

Fold the dough a few times to shape it into a round loaf.

Carefully transfer the dough into the preheated pot, seam side down.

Cover the pot with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.

Remove the bread from the pot and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
