How To Make Breakfast Naans

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.

Add yogurt, milk, and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a round naan shape.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the rolled naan on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown spots appear.

Brush each naan with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped cilantro and green onions.
