How To Make Eggnog Snickerdoodle Cookies Recipe
Soft and chewy snickerdoodle cookies flavored with eggnog for a festive touch.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup eggnog
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add in the eggnog, egg, vanilla, and nutmeg, and beat together until well combined.

Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until the cookie dough forms.

In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and remaining sugar together.

Shape the cookie dough into 1″ balls, then roll each ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until coated.

Place the coated cookie dough balls onto a parchment-lined baking tray, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges.
