How To Make Spinach & Goat’s Cheese Puff

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup of fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 oz of goat’s cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into four equal squares.

Place a spoonful of chopped spinach in the center of each pastry square.

Crumble goat’s cheese over the spinach.

Fold the corners of the pastry squares towards the center, forming a neat pouch.

Brush the beaten egg over the tops of the pastry pouches.

Place the puff pastry pouches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed up.
