How To Make Goat’s cheese, pear & walnut tartines

Ingredients
- 4 slices of crusty bread
- 150g goat’s cheese
- 2 pears, thinly sliced
- 50g walnuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the grill or toaster oven.

Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

Spread goat’s cheese evenly on each slice of bread.

Arrange the pear slices on top of the goat’s cheese.

Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the pears.

Drizzle honey over the tartines.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Place the tartines under the grill or toaster oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

Remove from the heat and garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
