- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 100g goat’s cheese, crumbled
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 50g hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 eggs
- 150ml milk
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Spread the crumbled goat’s cheese evenly over the puff pastry.
