Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 100g goat’s cheese, crumbled
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 50g hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 150ml milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry onto a baking sheet.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spread the crumbled goat’s cheese evenly over the puff pastry.

  5. Sprinkle the chopped spring onions and hazelnuts over the cheese.

  6. Pour the egg mixture over the top, making sure it covers the entire tart.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the filling is set.

  8. Allow the tart to cool slightly before serving. Cut into slices and enjoy!
