- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 200g goat’s cheese
- 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 1 roasted red pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Roll out the puff pastry and place it on a baking sheet.

Crumble the goat’s cheese over the pastry, leaving a border around the edges.
