  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.

  2. Stir in taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat refried beans until warm and spreadable.

  4. In a serving dish, layer the refried beans, followed by the ground beef mixture, salsa, and shredded cheese.

  5. Top with diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
