How To Make Tacos Dorados de Barbacoa

Ingredients
- 2 lbs of barbacoa meat
- 12 tortillas
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a slow cooker, cook the barbacoa meat on low heat for 4 hours until tender.

Shred the barbacoa meat using two forks.
