How To Make Quick Pickle Fries
Switch up your usual snack with these deep-fried pickle fries. They are coated with crackers, flour, and spices for a crunchy and mouthwatering bite.

Ingredients
- canola oil,for frying
- 2cupsdill pickles,or sweet pickles, sliced
- 1½cupsRITZ Crackers,crushed
- ¼cupall-purpose flour
- 2tspcajun seasoning
- ½tspitalian seasoning,salt-free
- ½tspcayenne pepper
- 1egg,beaten with 1 tbsp water
- ¼tspkosher salt
Instructions

Heat 1-inch of canola oil in a heavy-bottomed or cast iron pot to 375 degrees F. Place pickles on paper towels to dry slightly.

In a bowl, mix together crushed RITZ Crackers, flour, and spices, and set aside. In a separate bowl, set aside egg beaten with water.

Dip pickles in egg mixture, and then dredge them in the cracker mixture and set aside.

Fry them in batches and drain them on paper towels. Sprinkle finished pickle fries with kosher salt.
