How To Make Air Fryer Butternut Squash Home Fries

Ingredients
- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the butternut squash cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.

Place the seasoned squash cubes in the air fryer basket and spread them out evenly.

Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking. The fries should be golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fries from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving dish. Sprinkle with fresh parsley for extra flavor and garnish.
