How To Make Air Fryer Truffle Fries
Fries don’t always have to be the regular, straight-cut potatoes. Not only are they the best go-to snack for many, but they also they pair excellently with other meals as a fun add-on. Have some not-so-ordinary fries with these best fries recipes.

Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp truffle oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, truffle oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Place the seasoned fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.

Cook the fries in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fries from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley.
