  • 1 lb calamari, cleaned and sliced into rings

  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the calamari with paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Heat a skillet over high heat and add the calamari, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
